Before your appointment, here are a few things that might be helpful to know.
- Available Monday to Friday by appointment.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. If you're unsure what's best, just ask.
- Let me know if you cannot make your appointment - I understand that things happen, but I do have a 'cancellation and no-show policy'.
- Payment can be made by cash or card at the end of your appointment.
- There isn't parking on site, but there is usually one-hour on-street parking nearby, along with several pay-and-display car parks within a short walk.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll always do my best to rearrange it.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.
If you're running late, please let me know. I'll always do my best to see you, although your appointment may need to finish at the original time so that other clients aren't kept waiting.
