• Monday to Friday appointments
  • Please wear appropriate clothing for your session - if in doubt, please ask
  • Let me know if you cannot make your appointment - I understand that things happen, but I do have a 'cancellation and no-show policy'
  • Payment can be made by cash or card, payable at each session
  • There is no parking on site.  On the road in town is generally an hour, and there are plenty of park and pay spaces nearby



Cancellation Policy 

Should you need to change your appointment please contact me as soon as you can and I will be happy to rearrange. If there is less than 24 hours notice then you will still be charged 50% of the treatment price, or if you fail to show you will be charged the full price. 

If you are running late for your appointment then just let me know your expected arrival time, but please be advised that your treatment may still have to end at the original time, so your treatment may be shorter to allow for this.
