LET's GET YOU MOVING AGAIN

Who is Kate Green?
I'm Kate Green, and I love helping people get back to doing the things they enjoy, whether that's running, gardening, walking the dog, or simply moving without pain. My clinic is based in Ledbury, where I use a combination of hands-on soft tissue therapy and movement techniques to help improve mobility and reduce discomfort. I trained in Bristol and hold the ISRM Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me out running on the trails, coaching runners, leading fitness walks or riding my horse, Clarey. I'm more than slightly obsessed with penguins, I enjoy tackling cryptic crosswords, and I love being outdoors whenever I can.
AND WHAT ACTUALLY IS soft tissue therapy?
Great question
Soft tissue therapy uses massage, hands-on techniques and rehabilitation exercises to help with aches, pains, injuries and movement problems. The aim is not simply to treat the sore area, but to understand what may be causing it and help you move more comfortably.
So, what happens in practice?
I’m not a physiotherapist, osteopath or chiropractor. I’m a Soft Tissue Therapist, and I work with people experiencing minor or ongoing muscle and joint problems. I’ll listen to learn about what has been bothering you, how it affects your daily life and any relevant medical history. From there, we'll use an approach that suits you. This may include hands-on treatment, movement work and simple exercises or advice to support your recovery. We’ll also look at what is helping, what is not and what may need to change. The goal is to help you move better not only in the clinic, but in everyday life.
why do i do this?
I love your questions!
As a running coach, one of my greatest joys has always been helping people discover what they're capable of. Seeing someone gain confidence, make new friends and explore places they never imagined visiting is incredibly rewarding. As life changed, I found myself looking for another way to help people stay active. Soft Tissue Therapy was the answer. Making people feel good and getting them to do what they want to do. It's a privilege to help people feel better and get back to doing what they love.
I mean everybody - anyone who wants to get the best out of their life.
